After Covid, the restaurant industry saw a mass exodus of its workers. 

For years the restaurant and hospitality industry has abused and exploited its employees; Low wages,
burn out, wage theft and reliance on guest tips to subsidize employee compensation.

 Not to mention verbal abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse,
manipulation and over-consumption of drugs and alcohol.

It saddened me deeply. I love restaurants, I love my job and it became immediately evident that
The whole industry needs to re-think how it treats and values the people that make it what it is.
